Differences in Materials:

Our memorials are made of high quality granite, as with all natural products there may be variations in colour,?shading, texture, this is normal and is the beauty of a natural product. Hand made products as their name?states are not machine made, and therefore minor variations in size, shape of piercing etc can?vary, this is minimal.

All sizes and weights are approximate. Two varieties of granite are used, Shanxi Black, lightly mottled black,?and Chinese pearl white, predominately white with light beige and cream speckle and a hint of glitter.

Refunds Policy:

Our memorials are made to the highest standard, we strive to ensure orders are delivered in perfect condition?and as required, in the event that through our error your order is not correct we will ?refund? this in full or?replace it. You must notify us within 24 hours of an errors. Items delivered must be checked on delivery?where possible and courier notified of damages, where not possible please call us as soon as possible?outlining the damages so that we can take this up with the courier and replace the order as required.

Our products are covered by our?lifetime guarantee?which covers fading, flaking, peeling and frost damage.? This does not cover accidental damage or acts of vandalism.

In the highly unlikely event that you wish to claim please return the affected plaque together with your original receipt and payment of ?2.99 (or ?4.99 in Europe) to cover return postage and packing.

Please note that all measurements are approximate, we will endeavour to satisfy any special requests you may have i.e. different colour border, photo manipulation etc, “we will always do our best for you, but try as we may we cannot perform miracles.”
