Our memorials are made to the highest standard, we strive to ensure orders are delivered
in perfect condition and as required, in the event that through our error your order
is not correct we will “refund” this in full or replace it. You must notify us within
24 hours of an errors. Items delivered must be checked on delivery where possible
and courier notified of damages, where not possible please call us as soon as possible
outlining the damages so that we can take this up with the courier and replace the
